購物須知 Upon Purchase
1 購買資格 Eligibility
1.1合資格參與是次「香港教育學院學生及教職員工尊享之 Notebook Ownership Program 2010」之人仕包括:所有香港教育學院學生(包括全日制及兼讀制學生)、教職員及校友,而客戶在購買時必須出示下列文件作登記及身份核對之用:
- 甲 香港教育學院學生需出示有效之學生證;或
- 乙 香港教育學院之教職員需出示有效之職員證;或
- 丙 香港教育學院之校友需出示有效之舊生證,舊生信用卡正本,或畢業證書及香港身份證。
以上客戶之證件號碼,將會印在購買是次計劃產品之收據上,以作取貨及維修時核對之用。
All HKIED's students (both full-time and part-time), staff and alumni are eligible for enjoying the HKIED Notebook Ownership Program 2010. Customers have to present the following documents while purchase for verifying the identity:
- A valid HKIED Student ID Card should be presented by HKIED Student while purchase, or
- A valid HKIED Staff Card should be presented by HKIED Staff while purchase, or
- A valid HKID Card and one of the following should be presented by the HKIED Alumni while purchase:
- A valid Membership Card issued by HKIED Alumni Association, or
- A HKIED Graduate Visa Card, or
- A photocopy of Graduation Certificate together with Hong Kong Identity Card.
2 優惠限制 Program Restriction
2.1每位客戶最多只能購買一部筆記簿型電腦及一部Sub-Notebook。若EXCOTECHNOLOGY發現客戶購買多於一部之筆記簿型電腦及一部Sub-Notebook,EXCOTECHNOLOGY保留索償購買時市價與購買價間差價之權利。Each customer is LIMITED to purchase ONE unit of Notebook and ONE unit of Sub-Notebook. Should the customer be found purchasing more than ONE unit of Notebook and ONE unit of Sub-Notebook, EXCOTECHNOLOGY reserves the right to claim the difference between the market price and the special price offered by EXCOTECHNOLOGY.
2.2有關Microsoft Student Select計劃(優惠只限學生及教師),每位客戶最多只能購買一套Microsoft Office及一套Microsoft Windows 7 升級套裝(專業升級版 / 旗艦升級版)。In the Microsoft Student Select Program(Promotion only available for students and teachers), each customer is LIMITED to purchase ONE unit of Microsoft Office and ONE unit of Windows 7 Upgrade (Professional Upgrade or Ultimate Upgrade).
2.3在未有EXCOTECHNOLOGY書面同意下,所有顧客均不能於首六個月內將所購買之產品轉讓予其他人士;否則所有產品之保養均會作廢.EXCOTECHNOLOGY並且保留索償市價與優惠價差價之權利.Customers shall NOT change the ownership of product within the first 6 months without EXCOTECHNOLOGY's prior written consent. Any warranty to the notebook shall become null and void; and EXCOTECHNOLOGY reserves the right to claim the customer the difference between the market and the program price offered by EXCOTECHNOLOGY.

2 訂金安排(只適用於以易辨事/信用卡全額付款及購買筆記簿型電腦/上網本)
Deposit Arrangement (Only Applicable on Purchase of Notebook/Sub-Notebook by EPS/Credit Card Full Payment)
2.1客戶所購買的手提電腦型號,如現貨已售罄而需稍後取貨,將可享有訂金安排:If stock status of the model Customers ordered is NOT available, Customers can enjoy "Pay by Deposit" Service.
2.2客戶只需以易辨事/信用卡支付訂金HK$960(筆記簿型電腦)/ HK$480(上網本)作預訂,餘款於取機時付清 Customers ONLY have to pay HK$960 (Notebook) / HK$480 (Sub-Notebook) as the deposit and settle the balance of payment before redemption.
2.3請註意:購買筆記簿型電腦/上網本以外之產品(如軟件及其他配件)將不享有此服務.Please note, Customers have to pay FULL payment for the products other than notebook and Sub-Notebook during ordering.
3 銷售單據 Sales Memo
3.1付款手續完成後,客戶將會收到EXCOTECHNOLOGY所發出之銷售單據。此銷售單據為是次展銷會的主要買賣及提貨收據,敬請妥善保存。如有遺失,恕不補發You will receive a Sales Memo from EXCOTECHNOLOGY upon payment confirmation. This Sales Memo serves as the main proof for the transaction and stock collection within the program period. Any loss of the Sales Memo will not be entertained.
3.2客戶於離開收銀處前,須核對清楚銷售單據上之一切資料,以確定正確無誤.Please kindly check the details on the Sales Memo and make sure all the information is correct before you leave the cashier.
3.3客戶須妥善保存EXCOTECHNOLOGY所發出之銷售單據。如有遺失/損失,客戶需自行至警署報失有關之銷售單據,並提交有效之警署報失紙予EXCOTECHNOLOGY以作核實及重印有關之銷售單據(有關行政程序,可能需時1-2個工作天)。否則,EXCOTECHNOLOGY保留不派發貨品之權利Customers MUST keep the Sales Memo properly and EXCOTECHNOLOGY will not be subject to any liability of responsibility for the loss or damage of the captioned document after the transaction. In case of any loss of Sales Memo, Customers are requested to submit valid copy of "Lost Memo" from Hong Kong Police Force of HKSAR to EXCOTECHNOLOGY for validation and reprint of the Sales Memo (Administration Lead Time may be around 1 – 2 business days). Otherwise, EXCOTECHNOLOGY reserves the right to NOT distributing the goods to the customers.
取貨安排(校園展銷期內) Redemption-Related(In-campus Roadshow)
1 取貨前先登入網上客戶服務平台檢查貨物之最新狀況 Login to the Online Customer Service System to Check Latest Stock Status Before Redemption
1.11.1 建議客戶於取貨前1天先憑購機時所提供之用戶名及個人密碼登入網上客戶服務平台檢查貨物之最新狀況,以查看是否有未讀取之最新資訊。Customers are recommended to login to the online Customer Service system with the provided username and password to check the latest stock status 1 day before visiting In-campus Redemption venue.
1.2如就登入有任何疑問,可電郵至 cs@hkedoffer.com 查詢。For any questions about login, please email to cs@hkedoffer.com.
2 取貨所需文件 Documents Required for Stock Redemption
2.1客戶必須根據指定時間到提貨區領取貨物,並親身攜同及出示以下證明文件之正本,以供核實:
- a. 學生証 / 職員証 / 舊生証 / 畢業證書 / 舊生信用卡 及
- b. EXCOTECHNOLOGY所發出之銷售單據 及
- c. EXCOTECHNOLOGY所列印之領貨收據正本# (只適用於曾領貨之客戶) 及
- d. 香港身分證
授權第三者代辦提貨,必須出示以下證明文件(以下之文件將會於提貨時被工作人員收取作存檔之用):
- a. 客戶之學生証 / 職員証 / 舊生証 / 畢業證明書 / 舊生信用卡副本 及
- b. EXCOTECHNOLOGY所發出之銷售單據 及/或
- c. EXCOTECHNOLOGY所列印之領貨收據正本# (只適用於曾領貨之客戶) 及
- d.已填妥之授權書正本(空白之授權書之格式必須與http://www.hkedoffer.com/authorization相同,客戶亦可直接於以上網址下載) 及
- d.被授權者之身份證副本
如客戶未能根據以上情況出示/提供有效之證明文件,EXCOTECHNOLOGY將保留不派貨予有關人仕之最終權利.
[註#:客戶須妥善保存EXCOTECHNOLOGY所發出之領貨收據。如有遺失/損失,客戶需自行至警署報失有關之領貨收據,並提交有效之警署報失紙予EXCOTECHNOLOGY以作核實及重印有關之領貨收據(有關行政程序,可能需要收取HK$50之行政費及需時1-2個工作天)。否則,EXCOTECHNOLOGY保留不派發貨品之權利。 ]
Customers are REQUIRED to bring the following original documents IN PERSON for goods redemption:
- a. Original Student Card/ Staff Card/ HKUST Alumni Association membership card/ Graduation Certificate/ Alumni Credit Card AND
- b. Printed Order Confirmation Sales Memo issued by EXCOTECHNOLOGY AND
- c. Original copy of Receipt# printed by EXCOTECHNOLOGY (Only applicable for customers who have redeemed before) AND
- d. HKID Card
Customers who authorized Third-Party for goods redemption are required to provide the following documents (The documents below will be collected by counter staff for records):
- a. Photocopy of Customer's identity proof: Student Card/ Staff Card/ HKUST Alumni Association membership card/ Graduation Certificate/ Alumni Credit Card AND
- b. Printed Order Confirmation Sales Memo issued by EXCOTECHNOLOGY AND
- c. Original copy of Receipt# printed by EXCOTECHNOLOGY (Only applicable for customers who have redeemed before) AND
- d. HKID Card
- e. Original of the Filled Authorization Letter (BLANK Authorization Letter MUST have the same format as in the http://www.hkedoffer.com/authorization, customers can also download from the above website directly) AND
- f.Photocopy of HKID of the Authorized Third-Party.
If customer cannot show / provide related supporting documents, EXCOTECHNOLOGY reserves the final right to not distribute the goods to corresponding personnel.
[Remark #: Customers MUST keep the Receipt properly and EXCOTECHNOLOGY will not be subject to any liability of responsibility for the loss or damage of the captioned document after the transaction. In case of any loss of Receipt, Customers are requested to submit valid copy of "Lost Memo" from Hong Kong Police Force of HKSAR to EXCOTECHNOLOGY for validation and reprint of the Receipt (Administration charge of HK$50 may be charged and lead time may be around 1 – 2 business days). Otherwise, EXCOTECHNOLOGY reserves the right to NOT distributing the goods to the customers.
3 取貨日期 Redemption Date
3.1所有預售貨品須於銷售單據上列明之指定日期或以後、並於校內派貨展期內提取;提前領貨將不獲理會。因應實際情況,EXCOTECHNOLOGY 可能會對派貨日期稍作調整。因此,EXCOTECHNOLOGY 建議客 戶於取貨前先登入網上客戶服務系統查看最新更新之取貨安排。All products MUST be redeemed on or after the stated Redeem Date in Sales Memo within the In-Campus Stock Distribution period. No earlier redemption will be allowed.Customers are recommended to login to the online Customer Service system to read for any latest redemption arrangement announcement before visiting the In-Campus Redemption venue.
- 例子(只作參考) Example (for reference only)
- 校內派貨期為15 – 22/9/2010,而銷售單據上筆記簿型電腦的領貨日期為18/09/2010。客戶可於18 – 22/09/2010期內到校內的領貨區領貨。早於18/09/2010 前到校內領貨區領貨將不獲理會。
- In-campus Stock Redemption Period is 15 – 22/09/2010, the Redeem Date showed on the Sales Memo is 18/09/2010. Then, Customer can redeem the notebook in the period 18 – 22/09/2010. Visiting the In-campus Stock Redemption Venue earlier than 18/09/2010 will not be allowed.
3.2若客戶未能於銷售單據上列明之指定日期內提取貨品,客戶須於派貨展期內電郵至cs@hkedoffer.com或於網上客戶服系統提交更改取貨日期申請。申請接納後,客戶可以安排以下方法取貨:
- 於EXCOTECHNOLOGY之貨物領取中心提取:客戶可於EXCOTECHNOLOGY之客戶服務員確認後於貨物領取中心取貨(EXCOTECHNOLOGY將收取每張訂單HK$100之行政費用);
- 上門送貨:每張訂單EXCOTECHNOLOGY將收取HK$150之本地上門送貨費用,送貨範圍不包括離島、大嶼山﹑愉景灣及馬灣。有關之送貨日期則有待EXCOTECHNOLOGY之客戶服務員安排及確定.
If Customer is NOT available to redeem his / her products within the Stock Distribution period, Customer should notify Distributors by email to cs@hkedoffer.com or send a Postpone Redemption Request through online Customer Service System within the Stock Distribution period. Upon request acknowledged, Customer can redeem the products by one of the following methods:
- Redeem in Distributors' Redemption Centre upon the confirmation from Merchant. An administration charge of HK$100 for each Sales Memo will be charged.
- Redeem by Delivery. A delivery charge of HK$150 will be charged for delivery location within Hong Kong (excluding outlying Islands). Corresponding Delivery Date will be confirmed by Merchant's Customer Service Executive.
3.3除因以下第3.4及第3.5項理由外而未能於指定期^內送出電腦,客戶將會收到特定賠償,有關賠償會以超級市場現金券於客戶取貨時一同派發.
延遲交貨賠償之計算方法如下:
- 第一個星期後
- 1.0%之筆記簿型電腦機價
- 第二個星期後
- 額外1.5%之筆記簿型電腦機價
- 第三個星期後
- 額外1.5%之筆記簿型電腦機價
- 第四個星期後
- 額外1.0%之筆記簿型電腦機價
註:如有黑色暴雨或八號或以上風球懸掛時,當日不會計算在特定賠償計算之日數內,而所有預約提貨將順延一天.
^^指定期內,意指:
為該校內展銷或派貨期,例如 ( 階段2 ) 9 月 15 – 22 日 (只作參考)
(有關賠償將由該校內展銷或派貨期後第一天開始計算,如預約提貨期為9月19日,交貨賠償將9月23日開始)
Compensation* by means of supermarket cash coupon will be given if the notebook cannot be distributed by the end of Stock Distribution Period (exclude point 3.4 and 3.5 criteria).
- After 1st calendar week
- 1.0% of notebook purchase price
- After 2nd calendar week
- Additional 1.5% of notebook purchase price
- After 3rd calendar week
- Additional 1.5% of notebook purchase price
- After 4th calendar week
- Additional 1.0% of notebook purchase price
* Maximum Late Penalty is 5% of notebook purchase price.
Remarks: Black Rain or Typhoon signal No. 8 or above hoisted will not be counted as delay. All appointed delivery will be deferred to the next day.
^^ Stock Distribution Period means:
In-campus roadshow / stock distribution period:
For Example, (Phase 2) 15 – 22 Sep (for reference only)
All the penalty payout will be counted from the 1st calendar day after the last day of Stock
Distribution Period. i.e. if redemption date is 19 Sep and the delivery is delayed. The penalty will
start from 23 September accordingly.)
3.4客戶如未能於指定日期內提取電腦,將不獲任何賠償Customers who do not collect their notebook in the designated collection period will not receive any compensation.
3.5如船期延誤因世界性原材料短缺、天災如颱風、戰爭等等理由未能於指定日期內送出電腦,客戶將不獲任何賠償Compensation will not be given if there is a shipment delay due to worldwide shortage on raw materials, natural hazard such as typhoon or war etc.
3.6客戶如因第3.5項理由欲取消訂購,將可獲全數款項退回。款項將於六星期內退還申請人.Full refund will be given to the customers who wish to cancel the order for such shipment delay mentioned in point 3.5. The resulting refund, if any, will be issued to the Customer within 6 weeks.
產品檢查及換貨安排 Product Checking and Return Policy
1 一般 General
1.1客戶必須在離開提貨區前,點算所有產品及配件是否齊全及合乎標準,事後如有遺失或損壞,恕不受理Customers have to check that all items are in good condition and full packaging before leaving the goods collection counter. EXCOTECHNOLOGY is not responsible for the loss of items and parts afterwards.
1.2客戶必須在提取筆記簿型電腦時,檢查包裝及配件齊全及產品完整無缺,沒有花/裂痕,方可離開Customers are required to check whether the product is in full packing with accessories and in good condition without scratches or cracks when they pick-up the Notebooks.
1.3有關筆記簿型電腦/上網本以外的產品,一切保養及維修均由有關之廠商負責。貨物出門後,如有問題,客戶可憑單據直接聯絡有關之第三方廠商.All the maintenance and warranty issues of products other than Notebook/Sub-Notebook are responsible by the corresponding Third Party vendor. Please contact corresponding vendor for maintenance and warranty service.
2 2 筆記簿型電腦/上網本7天購物保障 7 Day Notebook / Sub-Notebook Dead-on-Arrival Return Policy
2.1客戶於本活動中購買之筆記簿型電腦及上網本均可享有7天購物保障,保障範圍包括外觀問題(須於取機時即場提出,離開現場即無效)﹑死點/亮點﹑硬件問題。詳細條款,請細閱下文.Customers who purchased Noteboo/Sub-Notebook in the Program are eligible to enjoy the 7 Day Dead-on-Arrival Return Policy. Coverage include cosmetic defect (MUST be raised during stock redemption), dead/light pixel and hardware failure. Please refer to detailed terms and conditions below.
2.2外觀問題:如客戶於即場驗機時發現機身上有損壞,並經在場工程師核實後,可要求換機。外觀問題於離開現場後將不在保障範圍內。(請註意:某部份型號之筆記簿型電腦/上網本因採用鋼琴亮面材質,機器表面可能會有輕微花痕,此乃正常現象,並不影響電腦之日常運作,客戶可因應情況自行考慮更換與否)Cosmetic Defect: If damages were discovered on the surface of Notebook/Sub-Notebook, Customers are eligible to apply for a replacement upon the validation of defect of on-site engineer. Any cosmetic defect raised outside the Redemption Venue will not be considered. (Please note that some models of Notebook/Sub-Notebook are built with materials with piano finishing, slight scratches may be found on the surface and will not affect the daily operation of the computer. Customers can decide to apply for replacement or not depending on corresponding conditions.)
2.32.3 死點/亮點問題:(LENOVO提供零死點及零光點保證)客戶提取筆記簿型電腦後,如發現有死點/亮點,可選擇申請換機。有關申請必須於提貨後下個工作天內(a) 透過電郵至 cs@hkedoffer.com 或 (b) 登入網上客戶服系統提交。否則,有關之申請將不獲受理。(請註意:死點/亮點乃正常現象,並不影響電腦正常運作,客戶可因應情況自行考慮更換與否。廠商並不保證更換後之電腦必定並無死點/亮點)Defective Pixel(s) on LCD: (LENOVO provides ZERO DEAD and LIGHT Pixel Guarantee). Should one or more defective pixel(s) are found on the LCD, Customers are eligible to apply for a replacement. Corresponding application must be submitted within the next business day of the Stock Redemption through (a) email to cs@hkedoffer.com; or (b) applying for replacement by login to online Customer Service System. Otherwise, corresponding application will not be considered. (Please note that dead/light pixel is normal in LCD production and does not affect the daily operation of the computer. Customers can decide to apply for replacement or not depending on corresponding conditions. Vendor does not guarantee the replaced computer must be dead/light pixel-free.)

如客戶於21/08/2010(星期六)取機,並於當天晚上發現亮點,客戶必須於23/8/2010(星期一)內提出換機申請。 - If customer picked the notebook on 21/08/2010(Saturday) and discovered a light pixel at the evening, Customer is responsible to submit the replacement application within 23/08/2010(Monday).
2.4硬件問題:客戶如發現購買之筆記簿型電腦/上網本於提貨起七天內有問題:
如於展銷會/派貨時段內
客戶可攜同貨品到展銷/派貨會場提出更換,並讓技術人員作相應檢查;
如於展銷會/派貨時段已結束
客戶可攜同貨品到HKEdOffer.com領貸中心提出更換,並讓技術人員作相應檢查;

客戶必須於提貨日起七天內透過以下方法申請更換:
- 透過電郵至cs@hkedoffer.com 提交申請;
- 透過網上客戶服系統作出申請.
EXCOTECHNOLOGY的客服人員將儘快回覆並提供有關檢查之安排.
(未有於指定日期內提交申請/申請後未獲回覆的客戶,服務台將不受理其個案)
所有更換之貨品必須保留全套包裝及完整貨品及收據。如有任何遺漏或人為損毀,均不接受.
備註: 更換時間要視付當時貨品數量, 一般情況為21-25天
In case of hardware malfunction found within 7 days from the collection date,
If it is within the in-campus roadshow / stock distribution period
Customers have to bring the notebook to the roadshow or stock distribution period for application of replacement.
If in-campus roadshow / stock distribution period is over
Customers have to bring the notebook to the HKEdOffer.com Redemption Centre application of replacement.

Customers have to register within 7 days from the collection date by the following methods:
- Send email to cs@hkedoffer.com for the application of replacement;
- Submit the application of replacement through online Customer Service System.
Customer Service Executive of EXCOTECHNOLOGY will acknowledge the application as soon as possible and advise further checking details.
(Any application submitted out of the corresponding date / application without acknowledgement from EXCOTECHNOLOGY's Customer Service Executive will not be entertained in the Help Desk).
Replacement will only be accepted under the conditions of full packaging and with original invoices. Any scratch / physical damage or missing parts will not be accepted.
Remarks: The lead time for replacement will be subjected to the availability of stocks. Normally lead time is 21-25 working days.
2.5軟件問題:客戶如發現購買之筆記簿型電腦/上網本於提貨起七天內有問題,並經技術人員檢定為軟件問題。有關之技術人員可協助客戶還原電腦系統至出廠設定(客戶需自行備份電腦內之私人資料)。如因其他第三方軟件引起之問題,EXCOTECHNOLOGY將不予負責。Software Problem: In case of any malfunction found within 7days from the collection date and is determined as software-related by on-site engineer. On-site engineer will assist the customer by restoring the computer to factory settings (Customers are responsible for the backup of any personal data installed in the computer). EXCOTECHNOLOGY will not be responsible for any software problem raised by the installation of third-party software.
2.6客戶如在提貨日7天後發現其LENOVO筆記簿型電腦或相關配件有問題,有關之保用及維修均由LENOVO Service Center負責。有關其他非LENOVO產品之保用及維修,則由各產品之生產商/供應商負責,詳情請參閱個別產品內之保用證。For any malfunction raised out about any LENOVO notebook computer and accessories 7 days after redemption date, please contact LENOVO Service Center for maintenance & warranty issues. For any further queries on maintenance & warranty of other non-LENOVO products / accessories hereafter, please contact the respective supplies / distributors. For details, please refer to the warranty card attached inside the corresponding products.
2.7如有任何爭議,EXCOTECHNOLOGY保留最終決定權In case of disputes, EXCOTECHNOLOGY reserves the right to make the final decision.
3 其他產品(非電腦/上網本) Other Non-Notebook Products
3.1有關其他非電腦/上網本產品(如電池﹑外置U SB光碟機等),相關之維修保養及維修均由所屬廠商提供。 The after-sales maintenance and warranty service of Non-Notebook products (e.g. batteries, External USB Optical Drives etc.) will be responsible by the corresponding vendors accordingly.
